Mothers and Daughters
We're daughters and mothers Not so long ago. We give and take And
take and give Along time's endless row. Love is passed And love received To be passed on again: A precious
heirloom Twice, twice blessed, A spiritual cardigan.
I'll put it on And treasure it, The me I have received, And
when the roles Reverse again, I'll have what I most need.
So may our love Go on and on, A hundred thousand
years; Mothers and daughters, Daughters and mothers, Through joys and other tears. Mothers and Daughters

A Bond Between a Mother and a Daughter
Open her heart to the blessings around her. Show
her that joy and Jesus surround her. Help her to trust in the bible, not fear it. Teach her that fantasies are the wings
of the spirit. Guide her with love and quiet persuasion. For she is the Lord's pleasure, his cloud of creation.
My Bridge |
|
Mother, as I look back over the years, I see you there in my memories . . . soft toned reflections, like
the sun on a millstone pond at dusk . . .
You've always protected me, sometimes overly so and I know you worry, perhaps
too much, trying to understand my crazy ways . . . but your love has never wavered.
Your support and insight, thoughtfulness
and encouragement have been my bridge . . . a bridge of sighs, smiles and love that spans the dark chasms of my
existence.
Of all the good things in my life, those precious things . . . innumerable stars and rare jewels .
. . you are the most true. |

My Sister, My Friend
My Sister, My friend, we have been through a lot, some rough times, some sad times, some fun times, some
good times, some times I'll never forget, and some times I wish I could, you are not only my sister, but my best
friend I could ever have, we have been through a lot together, and I hope there are more good ones to come.

From God's Hands To Yours
A miracle it is said of each girl and boy
born. Sown seeds of Love that parents can enjoy.
Most babies are perfection. Although some may have a flaw These will need acceptance. It is God's most Holy Law.
Made in His own image, these sweet little ones have only just left Father for their earthly homes.
So treat them like treasure for that is what they are. Little tiny bits of Heaven having traveled so very far.
Just nourish them gently. Like plants they will grow Creating such loving memories, Heavenly Father deems it so.
A child is His precious gift. So innocent, loving and pure. Sent from Heaven up above. From God's Hands to yours.
